Amersham Carnival
Amersham's Carnival takes place every year on King George V Field on the second Saturday in July. The 40th Annual Carnival in 2010 will be Carnival of Music. Everything kicks off with the crowning of the Princesses by the Mayor and a procession of musical themed floats through the shops of Amersham Town Centre.
The Carnival this year will be followed by the Amersham Festival of Youth organised by Amersham Town Council, also on King George V field.
